1. Hourly Work: $80/hr

Any work that takes 5 hours or less during a calendar month will be billed at the hourly rate.

2. Small Business Starter Package Special: $600

Includes:

A complete review of your site, including technical construction, usability, and potential search engine obstacles (and corrections if possible.)

Keyword research for your service/product/industry.

Custom Metatags for up to 10 site pages

Establishing baseline reports to see how the search engines currently view your site and how they rank your site.

Proper search engine submissions.

Getting you business listed in Google/Yahoo/Bing Local Search.

End-of-Month Report including search engine and visitor tracking and trends.

Covers up to 12 hours of working time, spread out over two months. The reason we need at least two months is to provide enough time to accomplish the work, as well as giving search engines enough time to pick up on the changes and start showing trackable results.

I (normally) do not ask for contracts or fees up front for small projects. I never require a commitment for length of service. I provide written quotes and if requested, written contracts for any project.

3. Larger Sites, Extensive Projects and PPC Management

Rates by negotiation, depending on the extent of the project and goal planning and expected outcome; length of service that may be required to complete the work; a productive working relationship with your existing Marketing and Advertising Management and dovetailing with other marketing goals and projects.

I would be happy to provide a written, detailed proposal following an in-person meeting or detailed telephone consultation to discuss your goals, our options, and initial recommendations.

4. Phone and Email Time:

I do my best to be a communicative member of your team - however, if a project requires extensive phone, meeting, and/or email time, this will be counted towards time spent on the project each month.

5. Billing:

Billing is done on the first day of each month (covering activity of the previous month) and will be provided in writing. Hard-copy invoices will be mailed, due upon receipt. Payment options are check or credit card (via PayPal.)
