I provide services ranging from one-time assistance to ongoing work with SEO, PPC campaigns and more.

The following are some standard rates I have established to help guide you. They are based on what the average small 10-20 page web site needs, and the average amount of time it takes to complete the work. Larger projects will require negotiation for fees. I (normally) do not ask for contracts, fees up front, or commitments for length of time. I provide written quotes and if requested, written contracts for any project.

Some work is done on an hourly basis. I have also created some flat-rate packages that fit the needs of small sites and saves you money too.

1. Hourly Work: $60/hr

Writing custom metatags per web page, no preliminary keyword research, est. 1/2 hour per page

Keyword Research Only. You will be provided with a list of targeted words and phrases that should be incorporated into your site's Metatags, content, PPC campaigns, and directory submissions.

2. SEO Flat Rate Packages

A. Site Review, Analysis, Recommendations and Written Report: $200

Includes a complete review of your site to look for any hidden technical barriers to search engines, any on-page and off-page (in the code) factors that can help your natural search engine results, and recommendations for additional steps that could be done over time to improve your natural search engine results.

B. Site Review Plus Keyword Research, Additional Reporting, and SEO Work: $300
(One-Time or Monthly)

Includes all of the above for a site review plus doing the keyword research, establishing baseline reports to see how the search engines currently view your site and how they rank your site, plus additional steps such as writing metatags or other tasks we may agree upon, depending on what I find for recommendations. Covers approximately 8-10 hours of working time per month, which is sufficient for most small to medium sites. Larger projects may require negotiating a fee.

For ongoing, month-to-month work such as tracking results of changes, submitting reports to you, and doing additional work (such as directory submissions, link research, minor copywriting changes) the flat fee of $300 applies.

If during any month, actual hours spent on your project would cost less if charged at the hourly rate, that is what I will use for invoicing.

3. PPC Flat Rate Packages

Campaigns up to 50 targeted phrases, up to 5 Ad Groups

A. First Month Setup and Monitoring: $500

Keyword research to determine up to 50 targeted phrases
Establishing your account(s) with Google and Yahoo
Writing the ads to attract the right customers and avoid clicks from unlikely prospects
Submitting the terms for which you want your ads to show up
Weekly monitoring of expenditure and click-through results for the first month
Fine-tuning of the campaign to optimize results

B. Ongoing Monthly Maintenance: $300

Monthly monitoring to maximize the effectiveness, budget, and return on investment
Reporting of account activity and results
Covers up to 10 hours of working and consultation time

4. Billing:

Billing is done on the first day of each month (covering activity of the previous month) and will be provided in writing. Hard-copy invoices will be mailed, due upon receipt. Payment options are check or credit card (via PayPal.)
